We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re located in Guyana or the Caribbean, please use a U.S. freight forwarding address (e.g., from a shipping barrel service or personal shipping agent).

■ Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you within 48 hours after shipment. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
■ Caribbean Delivery Notice
If you’re outside the U.S., ensure that your package is sent to your U.S. freight address. We are not responsible for delays or lost items after your freight forwarder receives the shipment.
■ Customs, Taxes & Duties
Any fees charged by your freight forwarder or local customs office are the customer’s responsibility.
■ Additional Shipping Terms
Holiday or Sale Delays: Processing and shipping may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, or special promotions. Thank you for your patience.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages: If tracking shows a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with the shipping carrier or freight forwarder. If unresolved, contact us for further assistance.
Order Changes or Cancellations: Customers may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order. After this, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled. If approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if eligible.
