■ Shipping

Shipping is currently limited to the United States only. Caribbean-based customers must use a valid U.S. shipping address, including U.S. warehouses or freight forwarding services.

■ Returns & Refunds

No returns are accepted on lingerie, shapewear, or sale items. Eligible returns must be requested within 4–7 business days of delivery and are subject to inspection and approval as per our return policy.

■ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
