■ Returns Eligibility

We want you to love your items — but if something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:

  • You may request a return within 4 to 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested via email and approved before sending anything back.
  • Returns submitted after the return window will not be processed.
  • Returns must include a copy of the order confirmation or receipt.
■ Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Shapewear
  • Lingerie
  • Any item marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Any item that appears worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way
■ Refunds

Refunds are processed after your return is received at our U.S. return address. All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.

  • Items that do not meet return criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are issued only for approved returns that meet all eligibility requirements.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
■ Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return shipping fees are not reimbursed under any circumstances.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.
■ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Cancellation requests after this time may not be guaranteed.

■ Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If your item qualifies, you may return it and place a new order.

■ International Orders

We do not process international returns at this time. All returns must be shipped to our U.S. processing office.

■ How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at info@thickmadamexclusive.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Name of the item(s)
  • Reason for return

We’ll respond with return instructions and the U.S. return address.

■ Final Notes

Thick Madame Exclusive NYC LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria listed above. By purchasing from our store, you agree to this policy.
